| Welcome to Brazilian Soccer Schools Birmingham | | Birmingham Brazilian Soccer Schools (BSS) illustrate that the dreams of any child, combined with daily practice and a unique devotion to the ball, can produce players with previously unseen levels of technical ability.
We exist to develop players who enjoy playing the game so much that they pass on their creativity, passion and enthusiasm to those who watch. | |

Brazilian Soccer school wins plaudits |
|
The Brazilian Soccer School from Bermuda has shown the proffesional academys the way, with wins over West Ham United, one of the countrys leading sources of talent having seen the likes of Defoe, Ferdinand, Carrick, Noble passing through its ranks in recent years. The lads from BSS then followed this up with a win over Reading. From a personal point of view I saw the Bermuda team first hand at our training camp in Leeds, and I must say I found them a good bunch of lads. However I saw nothing which can not be repeated in here in Birmingham, we have good young players who will develop further. The lads from Bermuda have helped set the standards and we will be striving to raise the bar over the next few months. |

First Midlands FDS Cup competition |

This Sunday saw us hold our first Futebol de Salao competition at the Goals centre Perry Barr, fine weather saw a festival of skills and goals. For ourselves it was a case of oh so close, as we finished up in second place losing the final game 6-4 having lead 4-3 at one point only to fall to a late flurry from worthy winners Lichfield, in a game which could have gone either way. Read on for more detail..... |

Quotes
|
“You’ve rescued the game of Futebol de Salão. So many players who I played with would be interested in the fact you have done this. We still enjoy playing it, but in Brazil we can’t even buy a ball, FIFA have ruined the game with a bouncing and a high ball.” |
