Budding Beckhams were given some top tips by a football legend at a Horsforth college. Captain of Nottingham Forest's Double European Cup winning side John McGovern came to Trinity and All Saints College to meet football-mad youngsters at the International Confederation of Futebol de Salao. The soccer school develops the football skills of young people and is based on techniques developed in Brazil with a smaller, heavier ball. It was founded by Leeds Trinity graduate Simon Clifford following a period in Brazil. He originally set up Brazillian Football Academies and Soccer Schools in the UK.
